Mining cities play a key role in industrialization and urbanization and regional economy, but is confronted with land use security problems. This paper analyzes the land use security connotation, establishes a set of index system to evaluate the land use security from mineral resources reserve security, land resource sustainable use security, eco-environment security and secondary geological disaster security. This paper, based on land use security assessment, applies the dynamic monitoring, and combines with statistical information and field survey data, and selects comprehensive index to establish the land use security alarm model in mining cities, and classifies the output according to the alarming degrees, and discusses the alarming means.
